Almond

Ounce for ounce, almonds are higher in fiber, calcium, vitamin E, riboflavin and niacin than any other tree nut. Every one-ounce serving (about 23 almonds) provides 6 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber, plus magnesium and potassium.

Walnut

Walnuts provide half your daily needs of manganese and copper. They are also a good source of magnesium and phosphorus. Walnuts also supply smaller amounts of iron, calcium, zinc, potassium, and selenium. Walnuts also include vitamin B6, folate, and thiamin, and are a source of plant-based omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid (ALA).

Research has shown that diets rich in omega-3 fatty acids may reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and may even benefit those with type 2 diabetes, especially those with elevated triglycerides.

Cashew

Hazelnuts are an excellent source of vitamin E (about 28% of your daily recommended intake) and a good source of thiamin, and smaller amounts of vitamin B6 and folate. Hazelnuts are an excellent source of manganese, copper, and magnesium. Most of the carbohydrates in hazelnuts come from fiber.

Macadamia nuts are rich in vitamins, minerals, fiber, antioxidants, and healthy fats. The ANDI ranks the nutrient value of many common foods on the basis of how many nutrients they deliver to your body for each calorie consumed. Unlike food labels which list only a few nutrients, ANDI scores are based on thirty-four important nutritional parameters.

She is joined by experienced operations manager Jason Kuepfer and Lynn Sheehan leading business development. We have a great team behind us producing this great product weekly, along with a number of brand ambassadors working the farmers markets in our region.
