Our History

Nut-Tritious Foods was founded more than ten years ago with the idea of creating fresh-roasted nut butters. Nut-Tritious Foods produces the most nutritious nut & seed butter blends available today. By blending the nut or seed with sunflower, flax, quinoa, hemp, and chia seed, the products achieve incredible nutrition by the spoonful. Fresh roasted brings out a fantastic flavor that customers have loved for years.

Every nut butter is quickly toasted to maintain the healthy qualities of the nut’s nutritional properties.

Vegan, Gluten-Free, and Dairy-Free, Non-GMO

We always COLD PROCESS so the healthy fats are not oxidized and made less healthy.

Selected nut butter is finished with an Agave Nectar or Coconut Flower Nectar, both have low glycemic indices and provide a superior natural sweetness.

Minority Woman-owned small business located in Vancouver, WA USA. Veronica Palazzo, the CEO, is joined by experienced operations manager Jason Kuepfer and Lynn Sheehan leading business development.


Our Mission

Nut-Tritious Foods provide deliciously, nutrient-dense, nut, and seed butters to be used as a daily ingredient to healthy eating in our homes and communities.


To guide our choices for ingredients, we use the ANDI (Aggregate Nutrient Density Index) developed by Dr. Joel Fuhrman, M.D.. The ANDI ranks the nutrient value of many common foods on the basis of how many nutrients they deliver to your body for each calorie consumed. Unlike food labels which list only a few nutrients, ANDI scores are based on thirty-four important nutritional parameters.
